30 Things Before 30

After much contemplation and strategic thinking, I have finished my "30 Things Before 30" list.

So here we go....

  1. Get a blog makeover.
  2. Go back to school to finish my English degree. done
  3. Sew myself a dress.
  4. Finish knitting Einstein's blanket.
  5. Finish reading Ronald Reagan's autobiography.
  6. Get pregnant! done
  7. Make a dish from Julia Child's Mastering the Art of  French Cooking.
  8. Blog constistently, Monday through Friday, for a month.
  9. Workout consistently, four to five times a week, for a month.
  10. Go to the Huntington Library.
  11. Eat at Larchmont Bungalow.
  12. Put together my wedding album.
  13. Try Pink Champagne (from An Affair to Remember)
  14. See a movie at the Arclight at the Grove.
  15. Visit the Museum of Tolerance.
  16. Sew Einstein a dress shirt.
  17. Put together my design binders.
  18. Finish hanging the pictures in the hallway.
  19. Update and use my inspiration board.
  20. Make my toilet paper roll project.
  21. Reorganize under the glass of my desk.
  22. Fit into my black strapless dress.
  23. Clear and reorganize all the bookshelves.
  24. Visit Grauman's Chinese theater and find the footprints of John Wayne, Lucille Ball, Cary Grant, and Clark Gable.
  25. Visit the Hollywood Bowl. done
  26. Put together Einstein's baby scrapbook. (It's been 7 1/2 years)
  27. Visit the Santa Monica Pier and go on the ferris wheel.
  28. Take Einstein on a trolley.
  29. Finish changing my last name on all important documents.
  30. Visit the Griffith Observatory and Griffith Park.
Ok, so now everytime I complete a task from my list, I will cross it off and  post pictures.

Here I go. Wish me luck

  1. I <3 this list so much! You mentioned so many amazing places in the LA area! If your son likes trains, there is Travel Town in Griffith Park that is easy to get to from the Observatory. My mom would take my brother and me on "field trips" to the carousel, observatory, and travel town when I was younger.

    Each of these would make great blog posts...perfect for #8 :)
